Information Collection

Ksuse.org is the sole owner of the information collected on ksstateuse.org. Ksuse.org may collect information from our users at several different points on our Web site.

Registration

Registration at ksstateuse.org is optional. Registration makes it more convenient to order by storing information that you need to complete your order. During registration you provide contact information such as your name and email address. We use this information to contact you about services on our site for which you have expressed interest. It is optional for you to provide unique identifiers such as username and password, but encouraged so we can provide a more personalized experience on our site.

Order

We request information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, the information is used to contact you.

Profile

We store information that is collected in cookies and data files. that we keep on individual users. Consequently, collected information is tied to the users personally identifiable information to provide online customer services and improve the content of the site for the user. We do not share your profile with other third parties.

Cookies

A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user’s computer tied to information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. We use both session ID cookies and persistent cookies. For the session ID cookie, once users close the browser, the cookie simply terminates. By setting a cookie on our site, users would not have to login more than once, thereby saving time while on our site. If users reject the cookie, they may still use our site, but the shopping cart feature will not work.

Log Files

Like most standard Web site servers we use log files to provide site usage statistics. This basic information may include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses, etc. are not linked to personally identifiable information.

Communications from the Site

Order Confirmation

We send an order confirmation to each customer upon completion of the check-out process. This form is sent as a courtesy to our customers and may be used as proof of order.

Order Status

If there are any shipping/delivery or payment issues, an email may be sent to notify the customer of these problems.

Customer Service

We communicate with users on a regular basis to provide requested services and in regards to issues relating to their account we reply via email or phone, in accordance with the users wishes.
